What's the function of coating? Is there a difference between different coatings?
Precise coating can better reduce the refraction of light, thereby providing a clearer image. Most of the monocular on the market have only the outermost lens coated with a single-layer coating, while the 8 pieces of glass in the CAMMOO monocular have been coated with a multi-layer coating process.

It seems that most monocular use FMC. Is your SMC better than FMC?
Yes. SMC (Super Multi-coated) lens has significant improvements in both color fidelity and brightness and the elimination of flare and ghost images. It provides anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces, which brings 10% higher light transmission than FMC.

Is the lens made of optical glass?
Yes, and we use Grade A optical glass from Germany. This material has added a large amount of metal oxides and rare earth elements, and has been forged through dozens of processes, which bring a more high-definition and professional light transmission effect.

Why is the number of optical lenses inside this monocular different from other monoculars?
